So it was with some concern, after relocation for employment in 2017, that we had to "put our house on the market". Our choice of Leanne to operate as our agent was guided by our knowledge of her capacity "to make a sale". As the family had already relocated earlier we were dependant on Leanne to ensure the house was prepared effectively for sale and that she would look at every viable process that might ensure a sale.
