Wonderful experience with Steve, nothing was too much trouble, very supportive and patient, understood the various systems involved in selling the house and got us a wonderful price, more than we expected. No pressure to sell with him but the whole experience was wonderful. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell/buy a property.

I was very nervous putting my unit on the market. Nervous about how it would go and nervous about trusting someone with it. All the nerves vanished once I signed with Steve and the ball got rolling. Communication was clear and follow up chats were always quick after something was achieved/done. I always knew where things were up to. My unit needed some work and Steve organized quotes and then all the trades. By the time it was ready to hit the market, my unit looked amazing.
