Kris has got in-depth knowledge of the Canberra market. He is very honest and transparent in his dealings. Very prompt, organised and and efficient in terms of time lines, especially when asked to return call and emails. I would definitely sell the property with him again and would recommend my family and friends. My experience through out the selling process was great and better than other realtors. Keep up the good work.

Kris was very easy to deal with and was most helpful as an agent and a go between with difficult buyers. Communication was excellent. Kris worked very hard to sell our house and we are very happy with Kris and the McGrath team. Would definitely use them again.

He is very professional and friendly, I would say. Thank for helping me to purchase my first investment property. Wish you all the best

Kris and Anna were a delight to deal with! The communication was great and they were extremely accomodating! They made the experience of purchasing a home a lot less stressful! If given a chance I would definitely purchase through Kris and Anna again!

I have experienced Kris on both the buying and selling side of the property game. He is hard working, diligent, and genuine and helped us to achieve a goal we thought was still beyond our reach. He is responsive to both the buyer and sellers needs and maintains excellent ongoing networking for the benefit of his clients. Kris is great at managing expectations as both a buyer and seller and was patient in discussing topics unknown to us. Thank you to Kris and the MaGrath team for all your help!

Kris was friendly and professional and always making himself available

Kris was professional, timely, and always responsive. Thank you for all your help - it was much appreciated how easy you made the experience.

Kris' high level of service never flagged throughout our sale, no matter what this crazy time threw at him - bushfires, pandemics and all. He was honest, professional and got results

Kris was a wonderful in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first home. He has been incredibly professional, personable, and has maintained consistent communication throughout - providing me with frequent updates and any information that I required to fortify my (stark) lack of experience. His knowledge of the industry really shines. Thanks so much!

Kris always gave us a response in a timely manner and we never had to chase him for an answer. Great communication and excellent support. Thanks Kris!

Kris was fantastic! Down to earth guy who is really easy to talk to. He made our experience of buying our first home a breeze, we were never in the dark about any part of the process. Dealt with a few “typical” agents and just never felt like they wanted to give us the time of day. Breath of fresh air.

Kris is an excellent agent. He gave us lots of help in the process of buying the property. Thanks for his patient and professional help!
