I actually bought the house negotiating after the auction depending on Kris going above and beyond the efforts I would usually expect from an agent. He needed to contact the sellers’ power of attorney for the sale while repeatedly trying to contact the sellers overseas and driving to my daughter’s house to obtain my signature. Throughout this process he was straightforward and effective in his communications with all parties, and had a warm smile as he found a solution that made sellers and buyers happy.
