Kostya was vey personable and his market knowledge was instrumental in securing a good sale price for us in what was a slow market with reducing house prices. He explained the techniques used in selling our property very well and implemented them to achieve our desired outcome.

I felt Kostya and the team did a great job in a challenging market with a quick and efficient sale of my investment. As an interstate investor he made the process very simple and calming and I would highly recommend.

Kostya, Drew, and their team was reccomended to us by a family friend that also sold their home with them. Kostya walked us through the whole process with dilligent care, and answered all our many questions we had about the selling process. Most importantly they got us a sale at our desired price, and helped make sure the proccess was fast and as relatively painless as it can be to sell a house. They were honest and friendly as well. Would reccomend.

Kostya and his team went above and beyond for us in selling our investment property. They are a highly professional team and very knowledgeable about the Canberra property market. They managed the tenant relationship extremely well to ensure availability for open homes and we received regular updates from Kostya all the way through to settlement. Kostya will be the first person I call if in the market again to buy or sell another property.

Kostya is a true professional, knows the market well and communicates very effectively. Our selling experience with Kostya was a very good one. He has a very clear, timely and personable communication style and we felt that he kept us well-appraised of market conditions, potential buyers and other options to help maximise the sale of our house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kostya to sell your home.

I had a great experience selling my house with Kostya. He went above and beyond his duties as I was selling from interstate and he stepped up to let tradesmen come in prior to the sale. I would highly recommend Kostya and would definitely use him again in the future.

Kostya was great to work with. He was always available to talk and remained professional at all times. Kostya came through at times when things got a bit difficult and was able to smooth things over so all parties were satisfied with the outcome. Kostya was also very helpful in connecting me with various agents who also helped to make things work for me. Kostya thank you for all that you have done for me.

Kostya was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His dedication to achieving the right result for us was above average. His dealings with us were always honest open and above reproach. We were extremely happy with his attitude and the results he achieved for us.

Kostya recently sold my property and he was professional, with excellent attention to detail and his commitment was exceptional. He was up front with everything and was a pleasure to have him sell our property and can not thank him enough.

Thank you for all assistant and hard work getting my property sold. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Kostya Logvinov completed the sale of our home in Kaleen and we would recommend him for his excellent communication and negotiations.

It was a pleasure to work with Kostya on the sale of my home. He demonstrated a willingness to and professionalism that ensured I got the best result. In a somewhat delayed exchange process he communicated extremely well and kept me informed, positive and confident in his ability to get the job done. I would highly recommend Kostya for anyone considering to sell their home.
