We would like to thank Kostya and Nathan for selling our property in the Rothbury complex in Nicholls. The process proved to be challenging as it was listed just before the ACT was placed in a lockdown for COVID 19. Our property at that stage did not have professional photography or any styling which Kostya had recommended we do.. As the lockdown progressed it was clear that both Kostya/ Nathan and ourselves had to adapt and compromise to this new environment. Kostya managed to have some photography work and a 3D virtual tour done prior to the lockdown taking effect. This was an excellent move to allow prospective buyers to take an interest in our property.. Kostya also arranged for some professional editing of some photographs taken during the 3D videography and to top it off he also managed some virtual styling to be added to the photographs. The resulting photo’s worked amazingly well and several prospective purchasers were in contact with Kostya based solely on the advertisement and several pre auction offers were made. A buyer was found and we exchanged with the highest price paid in this complex.
