We found Ryan and the team to be very professional. extremely easy to work with and always kept this informed and up-to-date with what was happening even in the market. extremely easy to work with and we would definitely recommend him to anybody thinking or looking at selling.
Ryan Clarke and the team at Thompson & Clarke Real Estate are very professional and easy to deal with. We have been in our home for 19 years and had little knowledge of the process in selling. Ryan guided us through every step with reassurance and minimal stress. Given the market has slowed somewhat, our home sold within weeks for the price we wanted. We attribute this to the experience of Ryan, his team and their marketing strategy. We are very happy with the service.
I found Ryan to be extremely helpful in every way. I would recommend him highly
Very happy with Ryan and Nic for the quick sale of our house, they both kept us informed throughout the sale which was only one week. Highly recommend Thompson and Clark Real Estate.
Ryan took the stress and pressure out of the whole process. Highly recommend
Ryan went above and beyond to sell our property I would not hesitate to recommend him and Richardson & Clark to sell or buy another property in Maitland/Rutherford area.
Ryan & his team were amazing from the very first phone call all the way through to settlement of our property. Communication was great, all questions we had throughout the process were answered promptly. Cannot thank yourself, Nic & Matt enough for getting us a great result for our home.
We met with multiple real estate agents to decide on who would be the best agent to sell our home. When we met with Ryan, we knew he was the agent who was going to sell our home. Ryan beamed confidence within his profession. He had a vast knowledge of the local area, more so than other agents. He gave us ideas on what we could do to our home to help us reach that higher sale price - which worked! Ryan guided us through the entire process, no question left unturned, even after hours! His communication was paramount. We highly recommend Thompson & Clarke! They will look after you.
I have dealt with Ryan with the sale of 2 properties and have found him to be accessible and timely and on both occasions delivered great results. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
I rang to enquire about a house I was interested in and Ryan and Matt visited me that afternoon They already knew my property as they sold it to me almost five years ago They were able use the improvements I had made to the place as first hand knowledge when looking for a buyer 1 week later I had an offer on my home and I had made an offer on my new place! I found Ryan was very helpful in organising the conveyancing for both properties, has kept me in the loop every step of the way and has done it with the utmost professionalism and respect Iwould use these guys again and recommend them to anyone
As a first time seller, Ryan made the process easy. He kept me in the loop in all aspects of the sale, addressed any concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend :)
