Getting my house sold by Jason was a hassle free process and he go above and beyond my expectations. He gave me a clear picture of the current market for my neighborhood, working together with auctioneer and potential bidders to set a good expectation price which is very realistic and profitable, then he got me an unrejectable offer the night before the auction, receiving phone calI at late night was not a pleasant experience but the unrejectable deal turn it upside down :) definitely will go back to him if I was looking to sale my next properties.

Jason was relentless in his efforts to secure us the best possible price for our home. The process was smooth and as stress free as selling a house can be. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone considering selling.
