Very skilled strategist and negotiator who helped me hold my nerve in waiting for the best price to eventuate. The price realised was far more than I ever imagined . Very attentive and available to discuss any concerns. Colleague Fang Fang was also very helpful diligent and delightful.

Other than proving super professional services, Jason Song also built up a great friendship with both parties in my property case. We trust him, his professional decisions, his thoughtful working methods really made us touched. He is also a hard worker too. Always put all his strength into his work, trying to solve all the issues and problems in such a short time. We will have him as our agent in life time if it’s possible. Will also introduce him to our families and friends: )

The second time work with Jason as our seller agent, good as always! With professional presentation and interpersonal skills, we did get an excellent outcome from the house. Jason got 5 top offers after the first week of open home inspection, these offers are beyond our expectation and well prepared. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.

From the moment we walked into the inspection, Jason was brought with energy and full to the brim with dad jokes haha! He's such a lovely guy, it made the entire buying process an absolute delight. Through our interactions, it is obvious that Jason is incredibly good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate. I highly recommend Jason for all your real estate needs!

I've had the opportunity to work with many agents over the year - Jason Song takes the cake hands down as simply one of Australia's best agents. A true professional, superb negotiator, a polite and courteous man and best of all he knows how to have fun along the way! Not to mention got us top dollar! Highly recommended.....you simply can't go wrong with Jason and his team at Place Sunnybank Hills.

I highly recommend Jason Song as your agent. Jason went above and beyond, to help us achieve our dream home. Jason is an incredibly professional agent, who will help bring your dream home a reality. He is not only professional, but a great character to deal with. Jason will treat you with respect and dignity. I cannot sing his praise high enough. Thank you Jason Song 🏠💕🙏

Jason Song worked very hard and sold our house at auction.

Being an ex-realtor myself (many years ago), when I was ready to put my house on the market, I interviewed few agents and decided to choose Jason Song. He achieved a good result in a short period of time and I can see he carries great integrity to do his job. I will use Jason’s service again in a near future and definitely recommend him to anyone who may thinking of selling.

Jason Song sold our property 1 week after the auction. He is very detailed in preparation, presentation as such. He even got a leaf blower in his car and blow the from and back yard for me before every single open home. We are very happy with Jason's service and result.

We are happy with Jason Song's service. In particular during the Covid period, he was still working for us and showing buyer through our investment property with maximum protection for him and buyers. We recommend him to any seller.

As an interstate investor, selling houses can be extremely stressful. However, after I appointed Jason Song from Place Sunnybank, I changed my perception. He reached out to my leasing manager, visited the tenants and got the property nicely presented and he did many other things before he launched the property online. Jason Sold my townhouse in 10 days, and the price was much higher than other 2 units selling in the same complex. He over achieved my expectation so I am very happy with the result. Thank you Jason for a job well done. I am glad I have made a right choice.

I compared and even tried other agents before Jason Song. Trust me, I can honestly tell you going with Jason Song was a brilliant decision. He is professional, great in communication, excellent knowledge and skills and most importantly, he acts in my best interest and always works on my behalf. He foresees any potential problems that could happen during the whole process and plans accordingly. Even after my house was under contract, he was still monitoring every single step to ensure the deal stayed together. Basically in the end, he got the result I wanted and honestly I should have used him from the beginning so I didn’t have to go through all those bumps with the other agent. So if you’re thinking of selling, talk to Jason Song, he will protect you from every angle.
