We would like to express our appreciation to the Algester LJ Hooker team and especially Jason Song. It’s a very stressful and daunting process selling your property and finding the right real estate agent is the most integral part of the sale. We had never sold a house before so we were very skeptical and had a lot of questions to be answered. After talking with several different agents from different real estates, Jason’s professionalism and knowledge in the field made him stand out from the others. Upon meeting Jason, he made us feel at ease. He answered all our questions and made the effort to spend the time going through our property with us in detail, which no other agent had done. From our point of view, this was very important. From then on we knew Jason was the right real estate agent for us and that he puts his clients first and would work his hardest to get us the best price for our home. Throughout the three-week auction process Jason was easily contactable and readily available. He constantly kept us in the loop about what was happening with our open homes and interest buyers had on our property. We especially liked the team approach Algester LJ Hooker displays. The entire team came to inspect our house before it went on the market. At every open home we had, there were at least 2 real estate agents there ready to talk to potential buyers. On auction day the entire team was there, which again we liked. These little things that the team did during the process really went a long way. It was such a great experience selling our first home with Jason, & we cannot recommend Jason enough. He is very hard working, punctual, honest and friendly who has the best interest for his clients. Jason highlighted and made us understand the importance of having a hard working agent. After the process of selling a house, we cannot stress this highly enough.
