Rhys and his assistant were very good and professional in what was a difficult time I would just say that the price was probably where i expected it but it leaves a disappointing flavour when the marketed price is not reached. Im sure my wife was very disappointed with the price because of the value that was sold

From the first meeting to the last, Rhys Digance and his team were fantastic. We selected Rhys because research showed he is the leading sales agent in Glenelg North where we were selling. We met with him and could tell he knew the market inside out. Rhys and his team clearly explained every step of the process, from how to market the property, the best pricing strategy and whether to use private treaty or auction. Rhys suggested a 3 week campaign culminating in an auction. After each inspection Rhys called with a clear summary. All possible buyers were followed up and each week we received a written report summarising the campaign to date. His advice has been spot on and we achieved a price that exceeds our initial expectations. We felt like we were in good hands every step of the way.
