The act of purchasing the property and talking with the agent was great. The process after that so far has been lacking, communication and overall attention seems to be non existent.

I really liked talking with Rhys because he is on the ball, knows the area, the market, and the prospective buyers which means his appraisal is realistic for the type of buyer that would be interested in the property. One very small point of concern is that after each open inspection either a door window was left unsecured. This meant we had to make a special trip back to the property to check security. I am aware that the Open Inspections run on a very tight time frame but perhaps more attention needs to be paid to the property security in future.

Rhys was fantastic during the sale process. His local knowledge and excellent communication skills was a stand out and gave me confidence I had selected the right agent.
