Communication regarding how to present the house, assistance with outside subcontractors to get things done , and the why and how of the marketing and sales was exceptional. It was knowing I could ask and would get an informed reply in a good time frame made a stressful experience easier. The way Thomas dealt with the tenant issues related to the new regulations was impressive, then we could move on with house preparation and sale.
