Claire was amazing throughout the process of selling our home. It wasn’t the easiest sale for her and the team but her communication with us was excellent. She knows the area, she knows the market and she knows how to sell your home.

Communication was well at the beginning of the sale process however throughout settlement there was lack of communication, mixed messages and confusion about things that were already agreed to and discussed with the agent & vendor. Customer service dealing with Doug Drysdale was also extremely disappointing we were certainly not made to feel at all like we were clients that had purchased two properties in 3 months from the business. Settlement was just the icing on a cake of disappointment - no niceties not even a phone call to wish us congratulations.
