Claire is an awesome person to deal with. As a purchaser I can appreciate how difficult her job is trying to keep both vendor and purchaser happy with the final purchase amount. Claire was always contactable and replied promptly to all my questions and concerns. Further, her staff are a credit to her also keeping me regularly updated as the negotiations and final sale progressed. I made Claire work hard to achieve the price that I was happy to pay and she certainly delivered for me. Claire is a friendly attentive agent who makes you feel at ease with the whole process of purchasing a home and as someome who has bought and sold several properties through different agents I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. I would not hesitate to engage Claire again next time I am buying or selling. Thanks Claire !
