We loved our time with Claire and the team - they were incredibly friendly and warm, knowledgeable and attentive. They made a stressful process feel easy as can be and enjoyable. The interactions with the team throughout the process, set this agency apart. You felt like you were talking to a friend rather than a sales person - we felt like that while they had a job to do, it didn’t feel like it was work to them. And then to add to the experience, the little touches from the biscuits, to the bottle spray at the sale sticker and the welcome gift packs, make me want to use Marble and Oak again and again.
