My wife and myself first met Claire 14 months ago when we put our house on to the market in the Picton area we were looking to buy in the Marulan area , after looking at a few houses Claire showed us a block of land and could build a new house , which was ok by us . The Real estate agent in Picton tried to sell our House under he's term that did not suit us , the sale was not easy but along the process Claire gave us advise on what really how the sale should go , it took twice the amount of time .During this time Claire was very professional as Real Estate agent should be . in the end our house was eventually sold , because of the long drawn out process we did not build a new house and with drew from the purchase of the land . We bought a caravan and went touring for 12 months ,back in the area we phoned Claire and said what's for sale ,it was like being welcomed back home by Claire with open arms and big cuddles Claire knew what we liked and showed us one house that was not on the Market but the builder was just 95 percent completed, once completed we bought that house .
