From the first day we got to know Clair we new we have someone who was willing to look after our needs. Clair kept us informed of the progress on almost a daily basis. Claire has shown unbounded enthusiasm, tenacity, commitment and sensitivity when dealing with the sale of my house. Although confronted with the issue of the incumbent tenant being an extreme hoarder who was unwilling to cooperate with clearing out his unbelievable amount of stuff, let alone clean the place ready for show, Claire used her diplomacy and negotiation skills in order to achieve a mutually satisfying result.The outcome was a sale being achieved that was very close to the original asking price, in less than a week after the house went on the market. This I find to be extraordinarily outstanding work on her part. Moreover, throughout the process, Claire remained cool, collected , very reassuring and sweet, despite my worries and numerous setbacks. She kept up my spirits and constantly kept me updated with the progress of the sale, which I appreciated.
