Claire kept us up to date with what was going on with the sale of the house, her knowledge of the market was outstanding and her communication skills are wonderful and she has no problem helping the seller understand what is happening with the sale. Could not fault her dress code or the manner she spoke to me. She will put a 120% in for the buyer and seller.
Clare was very punctual first of all , she arrived when she said she would , she told us what she would do , how she would go about it and she did just that , no fuss. She got to know us and we got to know her , every property is different and every owner has a story to tell about the journey, Claire gets that. Claire took it upon herself to gain a good understanding of the property , she gave us plenty of great advice on how to get the best out of our home. Claire is a good listener first and foremost and we felt very comfortable that she had placed the property into the market well and had the right approach. Claire sold the property within days , the property was presented as she had asked , it was priced as we had negotiated and we had the right agent on the job. We couldn't be happier with Claire , she was awesome. I would have no hesitation at all in using her services again should the need arise.
