What would have otherwise been an incredibly stressful time was straight-forward and calm thanks to Claire's professionalism, dedication and proficiency at her job. She achieved a price we were hoping for, within a timeframe we wanted. The styling she provided was high-end and paired with the photography she organised, the house looked better than ever. On the day of the first open house, Claire arrived at the property to find it flooded (an unfortunately-timed burst pipe) and as we don't live locally, she rolled up her sleeves and cleaned up the mess. There aren't many real estate agents I can imagine doing that. She helped us coordinate the next steps and supported us as we navigated this unexpected hurdle. The flood put us back a couple of months as we had insurance and repairs to sort, and Claire helped every step of the way.
