We were very impressed with Claire's friendliness and willingness to help us. She informed us about the market and sale opportunity for our property and helped us set a realistic price. Our property sold within about 8 weeks, which wasn't easy as it was leased to DHA and had to be sold as an investment property with strict guidelines.
