I was very pleased with Claire overall. Not only were we able to secure a sales price above our original estimate, we did so quite promptly. I found Claire's communicate was very effective and if she was not able to get me on email, she was sure to get me on the phone. Claire was completely on board with my requirements and while we did end up dropping our asking price, it was by an insignificant amount and helped secure what was a reasonably motivated buyer. I found her to be hardworking in putting forward a number of potential buyers before we ultimately sold the property and beyond the sale, she went above and beyond in dealing with our solicitor while we were overseas without phone or email (poor planning on our part). I'd have no problems in recommending Claire to any potential seller out there.
