Our dealings were mainly with agent Sarah Twine, who was an excellent communicator right from our first enquiry. Sarah was prompt and showed us through the home while allowing us to take our time. Any questions we raised she was able to answer. We needed to contact Sarah after the inspection about some queries and she was more than happy to ring the sellers to gain the information we needed. Her professionalism was evident throughout the whole process. Our offer and acceptance went smoothly and was well communicated. We met Clare for the pre settlement inspection, where she gave us the space to conduct this thoroughly. Sarah rang post settlement to congratulate us on the sale and a lovely card and gift where left in the home for us from Sarah & Clare.
