27th February requested to take Authority to place my property up for Auction on 7th April 2018. 20th March Craig & Claire come to my home for a meeting to discuss progress of campaign We discuss some strategies to entice/generate more interest 3rd April decision made - we decide to push Auction date out to 21 April 7th April 2018 SOLD SOLD at my floor limit. Immensely happy I AM :) At every stage of the way we discuss a plan , feedback after every inspection (5 or 6), an amendment to strategy to work with the current market, then perfectly executed just the way I wanted it. Thank you guys - TOP EFFORT all round !!
