Thanks Clare & Terry so much....for everything! We were very disheartened at the appraisals from other agents who kept on downplaying our property. Well talk about a breath of fresh air! We called out Clare and Terry and they gave us an honest opinion based on their personal sales in the area. A local agent is the only way to go as they have the runs on the board and can give you an honest opinion. We decided to list with them and they did not let us down, before we knew it we had an offer of $50k more than other agents had appraised.
