We put our house up for sale with Clare just prior to Christmas 2015.We were asked to consider having professional photographs taken and also to think about using enhanced advertising on realestate .com.au.These services are provided at additional cost but we feel that Clare gave us excellent advice.The house sold in five working days over the holiday period between Christmas and New Year. Clare's appraisal of our house and pricing skills were very good and her negotiating skills are awesome,our first offer was too low but Clare advised us to hang in there which we did.So although we sold at $15,000 below our asking price we negotiated on a block of land and paid well under the original purchase price so we are very happy. We put our trust in Clare and we are extremely happy with that decision,but the moral of the story is to be prepared to compromise.
