Following sales of other property for us by Clare, we required our own residence to be placed on the market and sold. We acquired proposals from two other agents, but decided to go with "tried and trusted" Clare. We worked on the presentation of the property so as to provide Clare with a product that would also be easy for her to present to the market. Fortunately our property was unique in many ways, but Clare's negotiation skills once again shone brightly with the presentation of three contract offers to choose from. During the whole process we could not fault the detailed communication method that Clare uses to keep her seller right up to date with the status of the sale.
