She came in told us exactly what we had to do to get the house ready for sale and we did everything she said and the house sold in 1 day of being on the market to the first people to inspect it before we even had the chance to go to a open home. We chose Clare and Amy as our estate agent after checking out 7 other agents, non of whom were as enthusiastic about our home as Clare and Amy. Through this selection process we did learn a lot of what’s required to sell a house in today’s market and we had attended to almost everything to get the house ready for sale. When Clare and Amy came on board they encouraged us to sell sooner rather than later. They put a marketing strategy together which was somewhat out of the box and I loved that approach. So, we prepared and had the photo shoot etc while Clare and Amy did the marketing preparations. After the Friday night launch and the Saturday morning OPEN HOUSE we had a Sunday afternoon private inspection and this person put in the offer which we later accepted. All in all the house was on the market for 4 days before we signed the contract. Since then the contract has become unconditional and we’re very happy to report that our sale will settle early August. Clare together with Amy made the whole process seem so easy!
