We recently used Clare, Brittany and the Property Exchange team to sell an investment property. Their service was incredible and they made the process so easy. They were professional, friendly and helpful and dealt with a range of issues seamlessly. I highly recommend them.
Clare was very knowledgable about the market and had evidence to back it up.
Clare is delightful to deal with and brings superb real estate insight and marketing advice. This is the second of our properties sold through Clare and she goes above and beyond industry practice. Highly recommended.
From buyer to seller, both my experiences with Clare were nothing short of outstanding. Not to mention during ownership period, Clare and TPE team were extremely caring, sending out personal hand-written cards wishing me a merry 1st Christmas in my new home, happy birthday, etc. When I seek professional services I always research for the best and for that reason I cannot recommend Clare enough. She’s not only a sensational professional, but also an amazing person and a pleasure to deal with.
A massive thank you to Clare Nation and her team at the Property Exchange! My deepest gratitude to Clare for her exceptional work in navigating the complex journey of selling my property in Shenton Park. Embarking on the adventure of subdividing a vacant land block was no small feat, and Clare showed unwavering tenacity and dedication every step of the way. Her commitment to exploring various options, including collaborating with developers, truly set her apart. It's not every day that you come across someone so passionate and determined to turn possibilities into realities. Clare not only met the challenges head-on but went above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned to ensure a successful outcome. From the very beginning, Clare demonstrated a profound understanding of the unique aspects of the Shenton Park market. Her insights and expertise were invaluable throughout the entire process, making what seemed daunting at times a smooth and successful experience. Clare, your hard work, dedication, and positive spirit made all the difference, and I couldn't be more grateful for the results achieved. If anyone is on the lookout for a real estate professional who can turn dreams into reality, look no further than Clare and her team. Thank you for being a rockstar in the world of real estate! #RealEstateMagic #ShentonParkSuccess #ThankYou #ClareNation
We recently listed our Investment Property with Clare at The Property Exchange. It was a very good experience with Clare and her team more than delivering on what was promised. The property was sold on the first Home open. I would not hesitate in recommending The Property Exchange for sales in the greater Subiaco region.
Excellent knowledge, quick responses and efficient at all times. would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends with confidence and have done so in the past.. have used her many times before and the result is always the same - efficiency personified. 11 out of 10.
We had a great experience with Clare and the whole Property Exchange Team. Clare's market knowledge was impressive, her approach was pragmatic and ethical, and she gave us all the right advice to make sure that our home looked its best for photos and home opens (including taking care of all of the last-minute touches), without incurring costs that were unnecessary. We felt that Clare listened to what we wanted to achieve and really helped us get the best result possible.
Clare is a friendly and professional lady who is a pleasure to work with. She is quick to respond to any queries and is supported by a team who made the purchase of our property go smoothly and without stress. She adds a personal touch which is reassuring especially when buying from interstate.
Clare was really professional and I highly recommend her.
Clare was aware of the market condition and prepared the property well for sale in an efficient fashion. All the jobs were organised, making the sale process effortless for the vendor.
I cannot rate Clare and her team highly enough. Knowledgeable, practical, reliable, helpful and utterly professional. No difficulty insurmountable, no issue unaddressed, and her team remained helpful after the sale. Amazing and highly recommended. A pleasure, respect to Clare and her team.
