Clare and her team were fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the area and honest in their recommendations and expectations. Their approach to the psychology of selling a house was fantastic. Super friendly and everything explained really well. I think it was only because of their contacts and sales approach that I was able to get the price I did, which considering the market at the moment was better than I expected.
