I dont like writting negative reviews but I was not impressed with the service. I was initially told that the market was incredibly hot, that the price that we were putting on the property was juat the starting price, and to expect higher and a very quick sale. None of that happened. When the property finally got put on realestate.com and domain they only added 5 terrible photos of the property and one of the photos was not even my house. The blurb written about the house was two lines long and didn't describe any of the good features of the house. The open homes were not advertised on realestate.com or domain so I have no idea how they thought people would no the open homes were on, and as expected with no advertising, not a single person showed up. The house did sell for much less then the advertised price to investors that they knew were buying properties in the area. I am happy the property sold but I was not impressed with the service.

Clare articulated the situation accurately and was willing to help out when issues came up. Totally professional and would recommend to anyone selling a house.

We were kept well informed about every aspect of the sale. No question was too hard and Clare answered each of our concerns quickly and professionally. I would definitely use this company in the future.
