Clare has great communication skills and is dedicated to finding a buyer

Was a pleasure dealing with Clare. Unlike some agents I've dealt with in the past Clare was very refreshing and most of all didn't try to spin any rubbish, came across as very honest and down to earth, very happy with the price that Clare negotiated as well.

Clare is lovely and friendly, however my disappointment with the sale of my property came from the sale process, not from her as a person. We were told that we should expect around $470,000 for our property (and even may see offers around $500,000 should the right person come along). We got nothing near that and had to sell for$430,000 in the end. I am the first to acknowledge that this is not necessarily the agents fault, but this was way lower than we expected and hoped for, based on the expert guidance from Clare and the team at Ray White Deception Bay. They were no where near the mark in this instance. After the sale I had very little communication from Clare and I requested to speak with the owner through reception and no call ever came. It was overall a disappointing and frustrating sale.

Started off really good actually was overall happy untill the end, there was no final inspection done , we had one request to be done before we took ownership of the property and that was to have the air on unit to be fixed , from day one that's all we wanted when picking keys up we were told the unit was fixed to our surprise it wasn't . Now we tried different avenues to solve this issue but no one wants to know us now so as you can appreciate we are not happy.

Clare was a refreshing change from our previous experiences. She was honest about not knowing the answer to 2 questions, didn't fluff an answer. She managed our expectations and the sellers. Communicated effectively. Really made the whole ordeal easier. Thanks Clare. Jou lekker ding!
