When putting my house on the market we discovered extensive damage that needed repairing. Living interstate it was difficult for me to manage, so Clare found builders and visited the house to check on their work. Clare always remained in close contact to update me on what is happening with repairs and who she has taken through the house. Clare was also good at suggesting what cosmetic work could be done to achieve a higher price and what things wouldn't yield any results. Clare has recently taken over from another agent to sell my prop in Deception Bay. To be honest, she was a breath of fresh air. After being clear about my expectations, she ran with it and in a short time, fulfilled my sale at the right price. There was no managing down my price expectations to meet an existing lower offer. After 1st sale fell thru (insufficient finance), she re-grouped overnight and found me another buyer by end of the next day. Happy to be quoted saying she was very responsive, determined & efficient.
