Frustrating Sale

Clare is lovely and friendly, however my disappointment with the sale of my property came from the sale process, not from her as a person. We were told that we should expect around $470,000 for our property (and even may see offers around $500,000 should the right person come along). We got nothing near that and had to sell for$430,000 in the end. I am the first to acknowledge that this is not necessarily the agents fault, but this was way lower than we expected and hoped for, based on the expert guidance from Clare and the team at Ray White Deception Bay. They were no where near the mark in this instance. After the sale I had very little communication from Clare and I requested to speak with the owner through reception and no call ever came. It was overall a disappointing and frustrating sale.
