Clare and her team at Vyvid took over from a previous property manager we were having issues with. Instantly noticed the step up in service that they all provided. Was very good at communicating everything and constantly kept us informed on everything that was going on. We also ended up selling our property with them and the same great service was supplied.
I had a positive experience working with my sales agent. They were professional, responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. Their communication was clear, and they demonstrated good knowledge of the local market and the sales process. Overall, the service was satisfactory and the experience was smooth and stress-free. I would be happy to recommend their services to others.
Clare was our rental agent for our property and our listing agent for the sale. We had excellent service from Clare whilst we rented our property and excellent service and knowledge when we decided to sell. The sale went smoothly.
I was the buyer of the property however Clare was incredibly helpful and understanding as I was a first home owner and had many questions, it made the entire process easy to deal with. I will definitely go through Clare at Vyvid if I choose to sell in the future.
Clare is super responsive to enquires and follows up with all the details that potential buyers are asking for until the enquiry is fully exhausted. Our unit was a difficult property to sell because of high body corporate fees, however Clare was able to redirect the buyer's focus onto the high dual income stream which the property produced. In our experience of 18 years in property investing/renting across different locations in Qld, Clare and the team from Vyvid real estate Gladstone have exceptional value and performance.
I recently purchased my property through Claire, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was Claire's excellent communication and responsiveness. She always made herself available to answer my questions and kept me in the loop at every stage of the transaction. Her deep knowledge of the local market gave me complete confidence in my decision, and her skilled negotiation ensured a smooth and fair outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
Clare guided us through the sales process from start to finish. She kept us up to date with feedback and offers. We were very happy with the sale and would recommend Clare for future sellers.
We live in Melbourne. Clare has managed our Gladstone townhouse over a long time with exemplary service. We always have full confidence she will look after our interest in every way. She recently sold it for us in less than 24 hours on the market. We had 3 offers and we sold it above market value. She is a magician in the real estate business!
Clare was amazing during the selling process. She guides us through as the offers come in and we ended up achieving above what we hoped for. She does all of this and still has the best rates in town. Highly recommend 👍
Clare went out of her way to show me the property several times. She was very responsive to my many emailed questions and requests. I really appreciate knowing I could call her with any question at all.
Efficient and highly organised, easy to work with!
Clare was always swift in response and very helpful during whole buying process.
