The last twelve months have been difficult for selling property. We initially had some interest in our property and it then dried up to almost nothing. Clare tried a few different tactics to try and generate some interest and eventually we had a buyer. We ended up selling the property with a process from $ and got the deal done getting $15,000 above the from price which just got us to our bottom price. This price range was swamped with properties with very few moving so take my hat off to Clare to get the sale through as we were re-evaluating our decision to sell.

Can not thank them enough, We purchased a property that had a rental tenant in it, the tenant was aware the property was for sale and had previously agreed to move out once sold, when we bought the property the tenant was very difficult to get to move out.
