The advertisement for the property contained some inaccuracies. EG: the property was advertised as being 3/4 acre - it is only 1/2 an acre. It was advertised as having a chook house - it hasn't. The size inaccuracy could have been a significant issue. From our perspective, sales information should be confirmed before the advertisement is logged.
