When we purchased our new home Clarence Ling happened to be the agent for the home. It was from this experience that we developed confidence in his abilities and grew to learn of his excellent communication and style. Then when we had completed our old home renovation and were ready to sell, we met with many Real Estate agents. We didn't like any of them (all so blah!) so asked Clarence to sell our home.
