Clarence worked in the best interest of me as a seller from the get-go, he has a sound knowledge of the local real estate market and, even though I was interstate/overseas, he took time to constantly update me on the progress of the sale of my property, this made otherwise a stressful process a seamless one, especially in this interest hike climate. Clarence is warm, friendly, and incredibly patient and, he answered all my queries promptly, regardless of the time of the day when I was asking him.
