Claude was very helpful and easy to contact every step of the way during our purchase in East Perth We had no problem asking him any questions and queries regarding the property we were purchasing. We have no hesitation dealing with Claude in the future. Thank you Claude
Couldn’t be happier with Claude’s service in selling my apartment. We followed his advice to do the work and present it in the best possible state, ready to go with nothing to do for the next buyer. And the hard work payed off. We achieved a record price for the complex. In under a week! Claude is a pleasure to deal with and knows the market and the Highgate area extremely well. I can definitely recommend you use him to sell your home.
Claude was great. We had a couple of unusual disruptions in the selling process but he helped get us through them. I’m appreciative of his efforts and recommend him for other vendors. Thanks Claude!

Claude's service was excellent, from our first meeting to have the property appraised right through to settlement. His knowledge of the area and the market meant that we sold our property at a price we were thrilled with and without having to worry about anything. He gave us the confidence to put our property on the market whilst we went on vacation, and we returned with the property being under offer!
