Claude is very efficient in negotiation & communication during our purchase process. From the first inspection of the property to the actual contract signing, it took less than three days. We were able to purchase the property at the right price, thanks to Claude's hard work. For future reference, if you want to clarify any questions re. the property purchase - do it before the contract signing stage. The post-sale experience was less satisfactory given some delayed responses. But overall, I would still recommend Claude to my friends who wish to purchase a house in the Chelsea area.

I found Claude to be professional and polite at all times, his knowledge of the local market was excellent. Sales negotiation took place on a weekend out of business hours and it was no trouble for Claude. Although final sales price was considerably lower than originally advised, this was largely due to the economy & not the fault of the sales agent.
