what a total comedy of errors, the campaign was one error, omission, failure to follow instructions after another. the sign board was erected on the neighbours property following the agent and myself agreeing on placement, resulting in the neighbour ordering the board to be removed! the contract was unconditional, yet a building inspection was arranged without any consultation, also a valuer was sent with 17minutes notice given, again without any consultation. the valuation of my property was 880k to 910k, yet I was given a contract to sign with selling price as 800k to 850k why was the contract values different to the valuation given?. the auction did not meet reserve yet Claude on 4 occasions stated that the bids would be in excess of 900k on auction day. the worst selling experience of 7 property sales and agents over the last 9 years. BEWARE........... CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE ENGAGING THIS AGENT

Now the title of this review sounds quite extreme but it is nothing more than the truth. We had our family home on the market from April to September with minimal people coming through the property. We had one offer which ultimately fell through. We were urged to accept the offer which was 40k under our price point (after including almost all of our furniture). All dealings now being made with our estate agents assistant leaving us feeling very disengaged and low on confidence. Enter Claude and his wonderful team. Claude made contact and we decided what did we have to lose by having a meeting. Claude and Kim came to the property and spent 4 hours with us. Mum was over the moon. This type of communication was unheard of to us and after that meeting we knew Claude and his team were the agents to get us the deal we wanted. Wind forward 4 days and we had sold our property for a better price than we were willing to settle for prior (thank god the one offer we did receive fell through). Claude and his team worked tirelessly to get the deal done. Their marketing, communication, professionalism and work ethic is second to none. The use of Facebook and Videography is a sign of the times. This creates more leads and turbo charges your marketing campaign. They are the pace setters in the local area and have the resources to get you the deal you want.
