Having not purchased a property for over 20 years I was a little bit apprehensive about the private sale process, and generally wary of Real Estate Agents. Claude however, with his professional communication style, quickly made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the process and was able to quickly negotiate an amicable settlement between the parties. I would not hesitate to use Claude again either as a buyer or seller.
