I recently purchased a house through Claudia and her team. The whole process came together very quickly. Settlement was scheduled for the day before Good Friday. Claudia and Sam were able to help the Final Inspection be arranged quickly and at short notice on my part. And once Settlement was finalised, were able to meet me at the house within an hour of settlement to give me the keys. Buying my first home was not the drama show that I was expecting it to be.
