We purchased a property from Claudia. Front Start to End, we were kept informed. On Settlement, she met us at the property and ensured we were familiar with all the house 'features'. Claudia also offered a Trailer for removal into our new home, at no cost. On settlement we received a bottle of champagne as a welcome to our new home.
I'm very thankful Claudia took the time to chat at inspections, get to know me and my story a little, and that she was willing to share that story with vendors so that I was able to find a new home for my children, after having previously lost everything through a very bad relationship. Though she was the seller's agent, I never felt like she was just out to make money off me. I really believe Claudia, Sam and Rebecca are a kind-hearted, community-minded family who actually care for people over profit.
