Relatively positive experience in the end because we sold our house. Hoped to get a little more for our house but I think the rule is, the buyer gets looked after more than the seller because, after all, he’s the one with the money.

Claudia made the process of buying our first home so simple. No question was too small or silly for Claudia - she answered them all promptly and professionally.
