From day one we felt very comfortable with Claudia as she showed us true sales in which she based her opinion for the expected sale price of the house. Her knowledge of the area and what is happening with market within this area is top notch and one of the reasons why we selected Claudia to sell our property. Although the advertising costs seemed a little high the end result of the photo’s, the 3D interactive plan and short video really show cased the property and was well worth it. In dealing with Claudia we always felt she had our best interest at hand it was always about the journey of the sale and working with us and not just another quick sale so she can move onto the next commission.
