Didn't try to go for the quick sale or push us in a direction we didn't want to go. I am distrustful of real estate agents. However, Claudia is good at her job and good communicator and i have no hesitation in recommending her.

From the moment we met Claudia we felt very positive that we had someone we could trust to sell our property. Her recommendations on what we should do to increase our chance of selling were feasible and her contacts to obtain quotes for the work were all reasonable. The house was only on the market for five days and in that time we had three offers. A contract was drawn on the sixth day. Our only criticism of Claudia was the deposit amount she accepted from the buyer was far to low. Both my wife and I had been in the real estate business and were aware of the normal percentage of the buying price that is generally accepted as a deposit.
