Excellent agent

From the initial meeting to the final negotiation Claudia provided prompt and informed communication. Claudia and Sam provided a great service not only promoting the property but providing access for trades and calling around to put the bins out when we forgot. Claudia was able to present a signed contract in the first week but continued to market the property until the offer was unconditional ensuring there were back up offers if the finance did not eventuate. There might be cheaper agents but when your house is still on the market weeks later the savings have evaporated. We would highly recommend Claudia Escobar and her team. Thanks Kevin & Debbie
