I think Chapmans might do it a bit differently to some in that you have one contact and talk to just them about any property listed within the organisation regardless of if they are the listed agent on a property or not. Claudia was my contact within Chapmans. She was nice, friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. She would follow up with me on places I viewed, would arrange private inspections if I couldn’t make an open for inspection and was always quick to reply to emails/text messages/missed phone calls etc. Overall from a buyer’s perspective she was good.

Claudia is extremely knowledgeable in the local area, council regulations and property market. She was very flexible in letting us see properties outside of scheduled times which enabled us to make a purchase through her agency. We could always count on her to provide updates as soon as possible, her communication was very succinct and prompt. I would recommend Claudia to anyone buying or selling in the blue mountains.

Claudia created very positive environment and good vibes. When i arrived with the removalist after I had settled the property and we had piled my stuff at the front door I was somewhat peeved to find the front door did not have a key and was inoperable. I then had to get out a locksmith to have a deadlock attached so I could use the front door. I do not personally blame Claudia for this because it is pretty standard to have houses sold with basic defects but it is disappointing. I had building inspected but he did not pick up on the lack of access through the front door. Vendors should be made by the agent to have basic minimum standards in the presentation of their property.
