As soon as I spoke to Claudia over the phone I felt straight away she was a lovely person. It’s very nerve racking when you are buying a house unseen as I’m from out of state. Claudia always put me at ease and was very reassuring. She couldn’t do enough it the way of arranging quotes and trades people on my behalf and liaising with the owner.
